Outbound Campaigns
A campaign takes a lead list and a script, then dials every lead automatically with your AI agent — within calling hours you set, at a concurrency you control, retrying the ones that didn't pick up up to 3 times. You review the analysed results in Call Logs instead of making the calls.
Plan requirement
Campaigns are available on every plan, including the free Trial (using your one-time 60 minutes). When your minutes run out, running campaigns pause automatically and resume once you have minutes again — renew or upgrade to keep dialing.
Creating a campaign
- 1
Name it and write the script
The script is the call purpose handed to your AI agent on every call in this campaign — e.g. "We are launching the July JEE batch. Tell them about the early-bird fee of ₹42,000 valid till Sunday, answer questions, and try to book a counselling visit." The agent combines it with your persona and Business Knowledge.
- 2
Add your leads
Paste lines or upload a CSV — one lead per row:
9876543210, Ravi Kumar, Asked about JEE fees last week 9812345678, Meena, From October webinar 9800011122
Phone is required (10+ digits, auto-detected in any column, header row skipped automatically). Name and notes are optional — the agent greets by name and uses notes as context, so include them when you have them.
- 3
Set calling hours (IST)
Choose a start and end time, e.g.
10:00–18:30. The campaign dials only inside this window and auto-pauses outside it — leads are never called at odd hours, and dialling resumes by itself the next window. Each unanswered lead is retried when the window reopens, up to 3 attempts, then left alone. Leave calling hours off and every lead is dialled once only. - 4
Set concurrency and start
Concurrency = how many calls run at the same time, capped by your plan's concurrent-call limit. Start with 1–2 for a new script; raise it once you've reviewed the first few analysed calls and are happy with how the agent handles the pitch.
While it runs
Each campaign card shows live progress — total, done, failed, pending — plus the calling-window status. You can pause, resume, edit, or copy a campaign at any time; edits to the script apply to calls not yet made.
Every completed call lands in Call Logs with full AI analysis about a minute after it ends. Filter Call Logs by campaign to review one campaign's results, and export to CSV for your CRM — or skip the export entirely by connecting webhooks.
A good first-campaign routine
1. Run 10–20 leads at concurrency 1. 2. Read the transcripts and the agent's "unanswered questions" in Call Logs. 3. Fix your script / Business Knowledge. 4. Then scale to the full list. Twenty minutes of review saves hundreds of mediocre calls.
Common questions
What format should my lead list be in?›
One lead per line as "phone, name, notes" — or upload a CSV with those columns. The parser is forgiving: it finds the phone number automatically in any column (8+ digits), skips a header row if present, strips formatting like +91 and dashes, and requires at least 10 digits per number. Name and notes are optional but strongly recommended — the agent uses them on the call.
Why is my campaign not dialling?›
The three usual reasons: (1) the campaign is outside its IST calling window — it auto-pauses and resumes at the window start; (2) the campaign is paused — check the status badge; (3) your plan's concurrent-call limit is fully used by other live calls. The campaign page shows the window status ("Within window" / outside) on each card.
What happens to leads that don't answer?›
It depends on whether the campaign has calling hours. With calling hours, a lead that does not connect is retried when the next window opens — up to 3 attempts in total, so at most one call per day for three days. After the third unanswered attempt the lead stays failed and is never dialled again. Without calling hours, a lead is dialled once and not retried. Either way you never need to re-upload anyone, and leads that connect are marked done and are not called again by that campaign.
Can I reuse a campaign?›
Yes — use the copy action on a campaign card to duplicate its script and settings into a new draft, then add a fresh lead list. Useful for weekly cohorts of new leads with the same pitch.
