ExoCall Help

Team & Permissions

Give your counsellors, sales team, or operations staff their own logins — each seeing only the pages you choose. No shared passwords, no exposed API keys.

Inviting a member

  1. 1

Open the Team page and fill the invite form

Enter the member's name and email, then tick the pages they should see. A telecaller might get only Call Logs and Callbacks; a manager might get everything.

  2. 2

They log in with email OTP

The member goes to app.exocall.io, enters their email, and receives a one-time code — no password setup. Their sidebar shows only the pages you granted.

  3. 3

    Adjust or remove any time

Edit a member's pages or remove them from the Team page. Changes take effect immediately — their current session ends and the next login carries the new permissions.

What members can never see

Settings, Team, and Billing are owner-only, always. Settings holds your Exotel and Gemini API keys and WhatsApp credentials — no member permission can expose them.

Common questions

How do team members log in?

With their email and a one-time password (OTP) sent to it — no passwords to create or share. Invite them with their work email on the Team page and they can log in immediately.

Which pages can I grant to a member?

Dashboard, Analytics, Leads, Inbound, Outbound, Campaigns, Call Logs, and Callbacks — any combination. Settings, Team, and Billing can never be granted: they hold your API keys, member management, and payment details, and stay owner-only by design.

What happens when I change someone's permissions?

The change applies immediately: their existing session is invalidated and they must log in again, receiving exactly the new page set. Removing a member cuts their access the same way.

How many team members can I add?

It depends on your plan — Trial and Starter include 1 seat (just you), Growth includes 3, and Scale includes 10. See Plans & Billing for details.
